Earlier this year, CBS News aired a feature debating the relevancy of thank-you notes in this “paperless and honorless” society–a subject I covered in my book: The Art and Science of the Hotel Concierge. An interview with John Kralik, Los Angeles attorney and author of 365 Thank Yous: The Year a Simple Act of Daily Gratitude Changed My Life restored my faith that the hand-written thank-you note is alive and well. Click on the Thank-You Notes link below to take a look at the video and let me know your thoughts!
Holly,
What a nice re-enforcement of what we learned at home and from the best hotel managers. The welcome and thank you notes reach out and memorialize the moment. I hadn’t thought of it, but they do make me feel better; a good point.
Hope that all is well with you, in your photograph you look fan-tas-tic!
Sincerely,
Greg bye
